What We Expect from You

• Completion of the IHK introductory course in accordance with §34a GewO or

• IHK proficiency examination in accordance with §34a GewO (required for leadership positions)

• Proficiency in German at a B2 level or higher

• A minimum of five years of residency in Germany

• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

• A clean criminal record (certificate of good conduct with no entries)
